Bowing to pressure from US lawmakers and members of New Jersey's Jewish community, Libyan officials said Libyan President Muammar Gadhafi has scrapped plans to stay at a Libyan government mansion in Englewood, during a visit to America in September.
Gadhafi has been Lbya's leader since 1969.
