I would venture to guess that if you have tremendous issues with your skin you may be eating fast food, junk food or consuming tons of energy and sports drinks. Why not try my method?
Juice for three days or vegan diet for seven days and tons and tons of H2O. The point is that we can get rid of the bad food and we can do it quickly. What do you have to lose?
If you are not a member of the V Well program and would like more information on types of juicers, juice programs or vegan menus; simply e-mail me and I will be happy to help. We receive numerous e-mails regarding solutions to skin diseases so I know it is a very common problem. Believe me folks, the solution is a very, very simple one. Remember there are consequences to everything we do and yes, there are certainly consequences to what we eat.
