The Bamboozle Music Festival is looking to make a splash at the Jersey shore this weekend for their three-day festival, celebrating their 10th anniversary.

With music headliners like Skrillex, Incubus, Foo Fighters and New Jersey natives My Chemical Romance and Bon Jovi, the festival is moving south to Asbury Park after spending years in the Meadowlands' parking lot.

"Really it's just one of the best music cities in the country," Christian McKnight, senior talent buyer for Live Nation told Lehighvalleylive.com. He adds that Asbury Park is the festival's true home.

According to the Asbury Park Press, the festival is expected to rake in nearly 80 bands and upward of 90,000 visitors.

“A lot of people travel for Bamboozle, from as far away as Europe and the West Coast,” said McKnight to The Hollywood Reporter. “It’s a three-day party on the beach, with hotels, restaurants and a rich music history.”

Asbury Park is home to The Stone Pony, a popular music venue that hosted "The Break Contest" which gave local New Jersey bands a chance to play at Bamboozle.

More than 40 local bands will take the stage throughout the three-day event, leaving the music roster at more than 100 groups.

“Every great festival in the country has a city that goes along with it, and Asbury Park is really ‘Bamboozle City,'" he said.
