New Jersey Housewife Teresa Giudice will hold an auction, at her home in Towaco, of her belongings as part of her bankruptcy settlement.  The sale will be facilitated by A.J. Willner Auctions and is scheduled for August 22.

Those looking to get a glimpse of her life, and maybe snag a few of her possessions can select from many things, including a grand piano, a foosball table, a stainless steel snowplow, two flat-screen TVs, a suit of armor and a variety of chandeliers and sconces.  You can view the list at www.ajwillnerauctions.com.

Teresa has been keeping positive about the whole thing, even saying that she and her husband look at bankruptcy as a "fresh start."  One assumes that unloading all that stuff will make her start even fresher.  She declares that she is happy to have her family and her health.  She has four daughters, ages 9 months through 9 years.

Well, there goes the fresh start thing.  Because as long as you have little kids, you are going to have mountains of junk.  I don't care how many auctions she holds – with that line up of girls, she is going to have Barbies, stuffed animals and Silly Bands coming out her ears for years to come.

I have two boys, and every so often, while they are at school, I empty out drawers and bins and throw out garbage bags filled with toys.  Burger King giveaways, action figures, board games with missing pieces, capes and swords for dress up.  For a few days it feels great.  Then someone has a birthday, and they get a couple of Lego sets, each with 900 pieces, and the rooms are a mess all over again.

I'll bet Teresa would love the opportunity to get rid of the molded plastic turtle sandbox or the molded plastic kitchen set with all that pretend food little kids like to cook.  I bet when she leaves her house, she will throw out 50 stuffed animals and say they "got lost in the move" like my sister-in-law just did.

She has a suit of armor.  I have six Buzz Lightyears.  She has a poker table, a foosball table, a pool table, and a bar height gaming table.  I have a pool table, too.  It's in the garage, dismantled, because my husband and I can't agree on what to do with it.

Teresa and I have nothing in common, except two things.  We're both New Jersey housewives, and we both have too much stuff.

They will become more and more bratty and out of control. They yell, throw tantrums, horrible. And she's to blame. This woman needs therapy. And she should be ashamed of herself for all her excesses which drove them into this financial condition. Shame. And your condemnation of Danielle? Condemn YOURSELF.

Her kids are spoiled rotten and she thinks she's some kind of star now. Wait til her 15 minutes are up and she has nothing but her debt!!!! She has a little temper too. She's seen assaulting Andy Cohen on the Real Housewives reunion, unbelieveable, hope he presses charges!!!

With what is going on in this world Theresa has no idea what she is in for.....her daughters appear to be very spoiled and brat's on the show as well as their mother...so maybe this will all be for a good reason....Theresa can now feel what it is like to give her kids pj&j for lunch when they go to school...they will be better off living a normal life and struggling honestly like the rest of us....having all that crap is no good....yeah she says she has her family and her health but lets see how Theresa deals with it without lots of money......GOD BLESS her and her family...may they do well....

Obviously I don't watch the 'right kind' of television because I had to google Teresa's name to find out who she is. I also don't twitter or use facebook that often, so I guess you could consider me out of the loop. That must mean that I am having a great Summer of Action.

Thanks for the Fun Pam

These people are emblematic of what is wrong with America today. They are more interested in appearing very successful than actually being so. They would jeopordize their childrens welfare (not to mention the country's welfare) by plundging themselves into great debt to live lives they did not earn and are not entitled to. Ignorance is costly hence 14 trillion dollar debt and 9.6% unemployment.
