The New Jersey Repertory Company, located at 179 Broadway in Long Branch, is proud to present the New Jersey premiere of "Evie's Waltz" by Carter W. Lewis, directed by N.J. Rep's Artistic Director, SuzAnne Barabas, June 18 thru July 26.

"Evie's Waltz" is a complex comic-thriller about a serious subject, young people who feel alienated within society and their own family. We meet a typical family ~ Clay (Warren Kelley) and his wife Gloria (Andrea Gallo). They are barbequing and entertaining their son's girlfriend, Evie (played by N.J. Rep newcomer Kate Kenney). But all the while they are unaware of what is going on with their son, and pressures start to mount as secrets are revealed in a high-stakes game of cat and mouse.

Performances are Thursdays, Fridays at 8pm; Saturdays at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.; Sundays at 2 p.m. with selected Sundays at 7 p.m.. Special reduced price previews are Thursday and Friday June 18 and 19 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Opening night with reception is Saturday June 20 at 8 p.m.

Tickets are $40; $35 (seniors 65+, full-time students, previews). $60 opening night with reception.
