John Travolta, who was born and raised in Englewood, is now being sued by a second masseur for assault and sexual battery.
Radar Online reported that another male masseur -- filed a $2 million sexual battery lawsuit against Travolta on Tuesday and says he has "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions."
According to the Long Island Press, the first masseur alleged that during a two-hour private massage in Los Angeles in January Travolta made unwanted sexual advances to him. The masseur is suing for $2 million in damages.
The man known only in the lawsuit as John Doe also claimed that Travolta suggested an idea of a three-way with the man and a Hollywood starlet who was in the building, according to E! Online.
The second accuser is being represented by the same lawyer as the first, and neither man has yet been identified. Travolta’s attorney Marty Singer says he and Travolta intend to sue the plaintiff and his lawyer for malicious prosecution.
A Travolta representative released a statement, according to Entertainment Weekly, saying: “This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie.. On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution.”
According to PerezHilton.com, John Doe says he also has absolute proof. “I passed a lie detector test for the National Enquirer, and I’m telling the truth about what happened.”
That should certainly settle it.
