A N.J. Woman Kills Her Neighbor’s Dog After Throwing It Into Oncoming Traffic

A New Jersey woman is admitting to taking her anger out on her neighbor’s dog, grabbing the animal by the throat, and hurling it into oncoming traffic.

When 27-year-old, Haniyyah Barnes, stormed two doors down into her neighbor’s apartment in August 2011, enraged about a blocked car in the driveway, the tiny two-year-old Shih Tzu was barking defensively, enough for Barnes to snap, reported The Star-Ledger of Newark.
