According to the complaint, on Tuesday evening, at about 5:40 p.m., while he was working in a security function outside Continental Cargo Building 157 at Newark Liberty Airport, Brek allegedly stated to another airport employee that he cut a hole in the fence to be able to shoot the President, that he was just a short distance away, and simulated holding a rifle in the direction of where the President would be.

Following his arrest police searched his Linden home where they discovered that the suspect was in possession of a stolen rifle and hollow point bullets in addition to a number of other legally possessed weapons.
