In trading up to draft wide receiver Julio Jones and then taking hard-hitting linebacker Akeem Dent, they addressed two needs. However, the Atlanta Falcons needed a pass rushing defensive end, and they did not get one. They also gave up a lot of picks for Jones. If Jones is the final piece of the puzzle that gets the Falcons to the Super Bowl, then the draft is a success. If not, they will miss the picks they traded and this draft will be a failure.
