After winning his second gold medal of the London 2012 Olympic games, Usain Bolt took shots at American Olympic champion Carl Lewis, who won nine gold medals for the US during his Olympic career.

Moments after his won Bolt was asked about American track legend Jesse Owens and Lewis. According to Yahoo! Sports Bolt praised Owens, but when asked about Lewis, Bolt said that he was going to make a “controversial” comment.

“Carl Lewis, I have no respect for him,” said Bolt to Yahoo Sports. “The things he says about the track athletes are very downgrading. I think he’s just looking for attention because nobody really talks about him.”

Bolt also said that he lost respect for Lewis after the nine-time gold medal winner made public comments regarding Jamaica's drug-testing standards in 2008.

“All drug stuff,”said Bolt to Yahoo! Sports

After his victory on the track, Bolt also referred to himself as a living legend. Bolt along with his two countrymen Yohan Blake and Warren Weir swept the 200-meters at the medal podium.
