In 2002, Rhonda founded Bride Ideas, a full service wedding consulting and planning firm. Based in West Orange, she has helped numerous couples celebrate fabulous weddings throughout New Jersey. Rhonda is a Distinguished Graduate of the Association of Bridal Consultants' (ABC) Professional Development Program, has attained the status of Professional Bridal ConsultantTM through the ABC and has served as its Co-Director for the North New Jersey Local Networking Group. Rhonda also is a member of the International Special Events Society, and is on the Board of Directors for the North Essex Chamber of Commerce.
Rhonda began her wedding planning career after a decade of practicing law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York City and Pitney Hardin LLP (now Day Pitney LLP) in New Jersey.
