Middletown Township, Long Branch and Asbury Park, were also awarded grants from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to reimburse the towns for debris removal.

The grants allocate $4 million to Middletown, $1.4 million to Long Branch and over $1 million to Asbury Park.
