Citing what they see as Democratic Gov. Jon Corzine's commitment to protecting struggling New Jerseyans, and strong leadership through uncertain economic times, the coalition of Latino Clergy of New Jersey Friday endorsed him for re-election.
"Jon Corzine and Loretta Weinberg (the Democratic lieutenant governor candidate) represent the leadership that our state needs at this time,'' said the Rev. Gabriel Salguero, the coalition president. "These two leaders believe that health care is a right, not a privilege and understands that we need to move to a more comprehensive agenda that honors the rich and diverse legacy of New Jersey. "Governor Corzine supports common sense ‘values solutions' endorsed by thousands of America's faith leaders. As members of the Latino clergy we encourage New Jerseyans across the state to join us in our support for Governor Corzine and his running mate Loretta Weinberg in the November election."
Responding to the endorsement, Corzine said, "The men and women of the Latino Clergy bring hope and inspiration to our state and I am honored to have earned their endorsement. I have always believed that the most fundamental charge of government is protecting our most vulnerable. New Jersey is richer because of the Latino Clergy's leadership, courage and selfless commitment to others."

You mean to tell me that all Laino Clergy Endorse Corzine. That's a joke. Hispanic people of faih are conservative and would not touch corzine with a 10 foot pole unless they are self serving and need a favor from the millionaire. One Minister Named Salguero Represnets NJ Latino Clergy. This is offensive.
Lord forgive the Corzine campagin for the worst campagin in NJ's history.
