Now for something completely different.
Member of Monty Python Flying Circus, the British comedy troop, are considering suing Republican gubernatorial candidate Chris Christie for using scenes from a copyrighted skit in a TV and web site ad without obtaining their permission.
"It is totally outrageous that a former U.S. attorney knows so little about the law that he thinks he can rip off people,'' Monty Python's Terry Jones told the Huffington Post. "On the other hand – another of Bush's legal appointees was Alberto Gonzales and he didn't seem to know much about the law either.''
The ad, which was removed from TV and the web on Sunday, used scenes that featured Monty Python's Michael Palin to attack Democratic Gov. Jon Corzine, the Post reported.
