Hello I am looking for grants to help medically fragile babies transition back into their home once awarded by the state or be adopted. My home will provide a warm and loving environment for babies 0-12years. We will also have educational workshops to help the families understand the illness or disease that the babies have encountered. Once the babies are awarded back into the home we will have 2 weeks of in house counseling and monitored visits from the home caregiver. (parents) After that weekly,monthly,3 months, 6 months and then yearly visits there after until all parties are comfortable. The home has not been opened yet but this is our mission and vision for this year 2014. Prayer is appreciated and guidance is welcome.

This money is greatly appreciated I'm sure weather it be for me and my babies or another trust worthy organization ready to do Gods work!!
