Three arrested in Linden, the other in Dunellen

Four men have been arrested as the result of an investigation into gun trafficking activity in Union County, the State Police announced Wednesday.
Facing various weapon and drug charges ate Andre Doss, 29, and Jamar Smith, 26, both of Linden; Duquan Wells, 29, of Elizabeth, and Ezell Hunter, 23, of Piscataway.
The State Police Weapons Trafficking Unit executed two search warrants which led to the arrest of men. On Friday, Doss, Wells, Smith, 26 were arrested at 1231 East Henry St. in Linden with of additional troopers, K-9 dogs, and the Linden police. On Tuesday, Hunter was arrested in Dunellen.
Troopers seized four firearms, including a semi-automatic pistol with large capacity magazine, a fully automatic AK-47-type rifle with large capacity magazine, and a semi-automatic SKS type-rifle with two large capacity magazines. The three weapons are considered assault firearms under state law. Also seized was a .22 caliber revolver and a total of 446 ecstasy pills.
Doss and Wells are charged with unlawful use or transfer of firearms, possession of handguns, possession of assault firearms, certain persons not to have firearms, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, possession of large capacity magazines, and possession of CDS/Ecstasy with intent to distribute.
Hunter and Smith are charged with possession of CDS/Ecstasy with intent to distribute.
The four men are being held in the Union County Jail.
