The 3rd Annual Fashion Fight for a Cure - a fashion show extravaganza hosted by DePasquale, The Spa - will be held this Sunday, November 18, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hanover Marriott in Whippany, N.J.
The fun-filled afternoon will feature a red-carpet cocktail hour, a runway show, and a silent auction. Proceeds from the event will benefit Cancer Care at Saint Clare’s, the comprehensive oncology program of Saint Clare’s Health System.
Fashion Fight for a Cure is the inspiration of David DePasquale, MD, a staff obstetrician-gynecologist at Saint Clare's Health System for 11 years.
Last year’s event raised $90,000 as more than 400 guests attended.
“Each year we continue to make progress in the fight against cancer, but the battle is not over,” said Justin DePasquale. “We cannot stop now. Now is not the time to rest. Cancer does not discriminate. It knows no boundaries and attacks our mothers, fathers, sons, daughters and friends. No one is safe.
“This year’s event will be in memory of a dear friend and long time Assemblyman Alex DeCroce. Alex selflessly served the people of Morris County for over 23 years. More recently he began his private battle against cancer and it was this past January 2012 that Alex was suddenly taken from us.
Please help us to continue our fight. This is a fight that can only be won together.”
General admission is $75. For sponsorship opportunities and to purchase tickets please visit http://depasqualethespa.com/fashion-fight-donations.php or call 973-538-3811.
