How does Victoria Secret model Marisa Miller keep her fabulous figure at age 34? One thing she finds helpful is to wear nothing but a smile when she eats.

That’s right — she eats naked!

“Eating smart is about having an awareness of your body,” Miller, whose bodacious 5-foot-8 bod has graced the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, said in an article for Yahoo! Health. “The most obvious way to do that is by seeing it. So when you're trying to lose weight, spend more time wearing less.

“I don't think I could eat a plate of nachos naked — could you?"

Well …

Anyway, that’s not Miller’s lone strategy for staying fit. Another ploy is to stay clear of husband Griffin Guess’ food pleasures. She said she gained five pounds when she first met the music producer by sharing in his sweet tooth.

“When you are falling in love, all you do is make-out and eat!" said Miller, who is six months pregnant. Now, she added, "When I do have one of his favorites, like soda or cake, I look at it as a treat and enjoy it. Because I eat well 90 percent of the time, I don't feel guilty."

Miller said learning to control her portions is one of the keys.

"I usually say no to the bad things at Whole Foods, but then I get to the register, where they have individually wrapped chocolates. I'll grab five and keep them at home,” she admitted. “If I need something sweet, I've got it!"

Finding healthy alternatives is another smart strategy. She said she skips mayonnaise and applies Wildwood garlic aioli to her tuna instead, and makes a BLT with organic tomatoes, avocado, lettuce and turkey bacon on an Ezekiel English muffin.

Preparation, she added, is key.

“I'll cook a batch of brown rice or quinoa and keep it in the fridge, so when I get hungry, I can easily dress it up with olive oil, lemon, and salt and pepper, and then add veggies," Miller said.

Fans will soon be able to check out Miller on the big screen. She’s making the move from modeling to movies, currently filming in Boston with Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds for a film titled “R.I.P.D.”

And how did she celebrate her 34th birthday on Tuesday? Tweeting a photo of herself in a bikini while swimming underwater — baby bump and all!
