As a current state worker I totally agree with this effort to save my pension fund.Most of the items are already in my CWA contract anyway. Future employees will be given fair notice of these future changes. If they don't like the new conditions ,don't take the job. We cannot allow the pension fund to go broke. The CWA leadership will scream and hollar but the truth is that with most of these "reforms" they already negotiated them into the current contract. Their time for screaming was two years ago when they negotiated the state worker contract. I am glad that someone is looking out for MY pension !
