Wow, looks like one of the left overs from the Shoreham protests has decided to grace us with her presence. Don't be surprised to see the antinuclear activists recruiting at a school near you with their psuedo-science agenda. Perhaps one of these relics of the hippie movement would care to mention one single member of the public in the United States who has been killed, injuredm or made sick by an accident at a nuclear power plant? THEY CAN'T, because the answer is ZERO! With all of the deaths caused by coal, oil, and natural gas it amazes me how hard we are trying to make the SAFEST form of energy in the country seem dangerous. Meanwhile the environment continues to die right along with our nations wallet as trillions of dollars are shipped overseas and out smokestacks. Nuclear is the inconvenient solution to the inconvenient truth and scare tactics like this help only the fossil fuel conglomerates. Remind Ms Carluccio when she tries to brainwash your kids!

To clarify "psuedo-science agenda" - Do you mean the way the NRC used bogus probability math from the Rassmusen report to claim the odds were so low that an accident wouldn't occur in our lifetime - or do you mean like the way Vermont Yankee testified that they had no undergound piping network? One was a guess and the other was either a lie or don't know their own plant.

Or do you mean like the NRC's own report that 12 persons are likely to die from a cancer caused by each nuclear reactor due to the normal leakage? The NRC didn't name any person there either.

Maybe you meant the psuedo-science agenda of that radical Hippie, brainwashing nut job recruiter Admiral Hyman Rickover (jesting of course) who testified to congress that he was against nuclear power plants.

Ok most of us fell for the "too cheap to meter" line, and the 'nuclear waste solution will be solved in ten years" line, but to call these plants economical, clean and safe is the trifecta of misguided agendas.
