I was contacted by an attorneys office, stating the worked for the client debt collector. Not only did they threaten me with criminal action and arrest, but they levied my bank account and continue to monitor my checking account to see what funds are deposited. My bank account has been subjected to fees on fees, not allowed by current banking laws. Additionally, bank personnel have accessed my personal information.
