If Joseph Rios was trained to be a douche that beats on people weaker than himself, then he is correct, he did what he was trained to do...Why is that when cops get caught on tape, they always fall back on "i was doing what I was trained to do"...Maybe the training of policemen in this country needs to be monitored.....
