I am a recovering user myself and there is no excuses ever for doing drugs. While we all go thru trying times in our lives...turning to drugs especially heroine is not an excuse for mistakes we make. While what seemed to happen to this trooper is tragic it is still not a get out of jail free card for him because he is a state trooper. If anything he should know better then most that drugs are not the answer. Didn't he have to take an oath to uphold the law?? Stop making excuses for him. He is a grown man who knows right from wrong. Sounds like suzi is defending him because she is somehow related to him and you can't blame her there but she needs to realize that what he did is illegal and when you do the crime you have to do the time. I did. I just hope that if this trooper has a wife that she is clean and that if there are children involved they realize how messed up they are going to make the children. What goes around in life comes around. Just own up to your mistakes, pay the time and move on!!
