being denied njfamily care based upon not having money but having 2000 more a year than gov. christie allows

i sent in my application to njfamcare as required. it was lost. i sent in another. it was not found. i was told to ignore letters stating i would perm. lose benifits if i did not send in re-application. did it off internet. in stead of being sent to trenton, it was sent to my county,,warren. they said it would take 45 days to also refuse me. the dead line was 5/15/10 to get in a re-application. this greedy bill that gives to the rich appears to intentionally "misplacing" re-applications and applications to save money for the state. my daughter has a heart problem that has our hmo refusing already to cover her heart equipment even though we havnt been offically cut off until 5/15/10. how many unsuspecting victims that sent in their application and recieved a letter saying to file on time or lose benefits send in another app. if you call you are told to ignore the letters even though your application was already ignored. we are being punished for being poor while the rich are being rewarded for their financial political support to the powers that be. we have no where to go for insurance an dmy daughter requires heart monitoring equipment. the gov. not only doesnt care but initiated the cut off of those that need the insurance for serious health issues. im sure those in power have great insurance paid for by the tax payers they are taking from to give to the more affluent class this state appears to cater to.

Gov Christie has to seriously look at what he is doing to low income families that are on NJ Family care
My daughter is a single Mom with 4 children and his threat of cutting this program is ridiculous he is hurting the poor and giving the rich a tax break How dare he do this. These families on the program need it and it would be a crime to do away with it. He certainly is trying to make a name for himself and it is not a good one. He needs to think if his family did not have health insurance and needed NJ family care what would he do !!!!!. My daughter recently received a letter stating the dental care is being eliminated also what is he trying to do destroy the poor it seems that way.We all have to stand up against his decisions when it comes to the needy

I'm very sorry to hear your story. We too are a family struggling. I will be sending our re-application in next month and holding my breath that we qualify. I will be sending my application in by certified mail with return receipt! I would never have thought to do this, but reading your comment gave me the head's-up as to how the state is playing this game by "losing" applications-- shame on them!
