I've called on must simpler stuff and they do the same thing, jerk you around instead of doing something. One time I reported what sound like shooting outside my house and she goes, can you look outside and see which way they were going? Bitch, they're shooting! I'm not fucking going outside. They spend more time asking you about your personal shit than anything else. I once called in on a bitch driving down the highway WHILE reading a catalog. We made it through TWO towns and they never sent ONE police car to intercept her. DESPITE me giving them plenty of time to send someone out. Nope, they're fucking sorry as hell and very often, our cops are too :(
