I agree that cap and trade was a lousy idea and have been writing extensively about it for a couple of years now.
My question is: where were these scientists and reporters when NJ adopted cap and trade legislation known as RGGI?
Why isn't NJ's failed RGGI performance exposed? Some have touted it as a model for national legislation (Waxman-Markey).
