Commercial Viability Moon

I disagree with the cuts. I think if NASA returned to the moon it could spark increased private sector interest in harvesting what resources the moon has to offer. Let's face it, if private industry can make a buck, they would find a way to get to the moon and back on a regular basis. NASA's roile is exploration for sciences sake.
