Has anyone noticed that for the Energy/Utilities transition team most of the members are the executives of the regulated utilities? Doesn't that even raise the "appearance" of a potential conflict of interest as these members would be in a position to make changes favorable to their companies? Not a good start for the Christie administration. Maybe Samson should do a better job of vetting these transition teams.
