I am sick of the all the "feel good" johnny laws that preceed a death from dwi's, reckless drivers have no such laws when they kill ppl by thier terrible driving habits, the laws for DUI/DWI are unjust, unfair and plain draconian in this country and are getting more ridiculous everyday...BAC of .08 is what...2-3 drinks...soon we will all have a dwi on our records for life! Chicken little lawmakers make me sick!
