there is no reason why Olivia should be fired nor suspended when is that new so called make-up artist who is causing problems. Olivia was demoted for no reason after she has worked her way up, brought bussines. And kept her mouth closed many times if I were Olivia I would just quit find a place where you will be appreciated and respected. As far as the show if you do leave that will be the last time I watch it. It sucks that they will allow this type of behavior, Gayle you should really pay more attention to what is going on. As far as Tracy goes WOW to say the very least she is so disgusting. Between Tracy and that new fat chic it makes me not want to watch the show. Which totally sucks because I love it!!!

doria is the rudest most unprofessional employee ive ever seen and at my business she would be fired, she humiliates, talks down to and harasses olivia. Gayle needs to pay attention to whats goin on in her salon. doria is completely wrong rude and a nasty person and i would never step foot in that salon. olivia dedicated herself to; the gatsby leaving an opportunity with alexa while tracey is working there behind gayles back. how olivia is handling all this abuse i give her credit she loves her job, and is treated less then human.
