You are a great business woman and seem to be a good person as well but you need to open your eyes and see that Olivia wasn't wrong. She is being harassed by Doria. I don't know if Doria is jealous of Olivia or what but what you did to Olivia sending her home for a week was a BIG mistake. I don't get how someone who use to work for the Gatsby is able to come in and tell another co-worker what she should and shouldn't do and then to tell Olivia in front of her clients is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
I can't wait until you see this episode and see that Olivia wasn't wrong. Doria is ONLY 28 yrs old she's not 40 or 50!!!! Age is just a number and as I see it Olivia may be younger by just a couple of years and seems to know what is Right and what is Wrong and Doria was so wrong in what she did and said. To me Doria is coming back to the salon with a chip on her shoulder and she is trying to prove something and she is using Olivia has her stepping stone to get the respect from you and it's just not right!! Gayle you need to open your eyes and realize that Doria is doing your Salon No Justice!!!!

Viewers are saying negative things about your size and I don't have a problem with how you look, what I have a problem with is that you are SO INSECURE about yourself that you have to make people you feel threatened by insecure as well and that's just not right. You stated to Olivia that you are older than she is, Honey You are only 28 yrs old, you're still a pup yourself and I don't think you should be giving anyone advise on how they should be doing things and that you are watching out for the Gatsby. Let me tell you Olivia ALWAYS thinks about the Gatsby and ways to bring in more money and customers to help Gayle out .
