FYI, I believe that Olivia has really grown in her position as a make up artist, not saying she doesn't have some learning to do. However, Doria came in the Salon like she owned the place, was demeaning to Olivia and showed unrofessionalism. Gayle, had Olivia go through hoops to get the head makeup artist and then acted like Olivia is immature and let Doria walk over Olivia. If you can not see this women Doria as a complete control freak and someone who spit in Olivia's face and you actually repremend Oliva, then you have lost my respect.

We all know Miss Hippo came back only to be on tv. She knew it would the only way to get anyone to look at her, but when we do......who could stomach her. It's bad enough that we have to look at Traci with that painted on tan and a mouth of a drunk sailor with an ass competing against the Grand Canyon too see who is wider.
It's either Gayle can't see past the nose on her face, or the show is poorly scripted!! Why do you have to pic on Olivia like you do? Seriously, you should be ashamed of yourselves for treating her the way you have. How do you sleep at night?
OLIVIA DOES NOT DESERVE BEING TREATED LIKE A DOG, SHE IS A NICE PERSON.... OLIVIA EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO GET TRACI'S JOB BACK WHEN SHE WAS FIRED. GO FIGURE, YOUR PRIORITIES ARE IN THE WRONG PLACE GAYLE. I DON'T WATCH THE SHOW ANY LONGER ANYWAY.GAYLE RUINED IT FOR ALL OF US HERE.
