Guadagno doesn't dig historical resource

So what is someone at Guadagno doing staring out the window?! At least she has one! Most state workers sit in small cubicles all day. No tours, press events, or "working" lunches. Long after she's gone (2012 hopefully), the museum would be visited and provide instruction to schoolchildren and others. Perry's Creek is an important lesson in creating power for industry. Why doesn't she get off her kiester and raise some money for the museum instead of always complaining and standing behind the governor with a stupid smile on her face but not having any positive solution?
