WOW bet you are one of those who will blame everyone else if and when something fails on a car that would have been picked up at the inspections, wait and see those words "this is a good thing" will come back to haunt you.. a study? ha ha ray martinez has been in charge for a few weeks and he makes a decision like that... part of christies lumberjack squad to sell off/privatize everything to make tax payers pay.... more..... wake up... the gov has one agenda and it is not the tax payers of this state....
