I am an african american woman, who lives in Oakland, Ca. I have been doing research on public housing women and HIV/STD'S, there is an Extreme emergency for education and prevention in this community. I have been involved in this crisis for more than 10 years, volunteering in a number of non-profit agencies, on my own merit going to back streets, public housing complexes, low income communities distributing condoms, education and prevention information. I have a mission to educate my community about HIV/AIDS and STD'S my only problem is obtaining a fiscal sponsor, which is my reason for writing you, I would appreciate it if you have any suggestions in which I can obtain a fiscal sponsor.
