It is troubling....

...that NJ voters voluntarily allow their rights to be continually eroded such that criminals have a larger advantage than they did previously and law abiding residents have yet another hurdle to traverse in order to purchase firearms in an already over burdensome process. Anyone who hasn't gone through this process should not comment here since the process is tiring and inconvenient at best to acquire a handgun in this state while holding a 9-5 job. (Yes, the applicant is at the mercy of the local hours of their municipal building to perform interviews, submit forms and grant permits for each and every one they purchase, etc) I have since moved from this leftist state and only hope the voters in NJ can someday see the light and vote their legislators out of office for wasting their time with more feel-good laws that only restrict the law abiding under the guise that straw purchases are rampant in this state fueling a criminal epidemic. More scare tactics that further reduce residents to sheep at the mercy of gangsters that freely carry firearms on the streets and have no respect for more restrictive laws or human life. Just watch the news..... IC
