Its all one sided.

If your running a business, your SOL in the state of new jersey. The Department of Consumer Affairs is all one sided tot he Consumer. I had to attend what they called an Executive Conference. We had numerous false complaints by bogous people filing false complaints about it. 70% of the cases we supplied evidences that these so called consumers in fact falsified disputes to get the merchandise for free. DCA didnt care about the evidence we supplied which clearly showed mail order fraud being committed by these consumers. All they were interested in was removing any type of damaging statements on these people's credit report. They stated an ordence violation that ranged from home contractors to restraunts which never applied to our establishment. Every singe legal consultation clearly showed I was the victim and when we walked out of DCA they accussed us of being the criminal.
