when they first decided to film this stupid show at Gatsby...emails were sent to all of their customers who wanted to be on the show as extras (girls you see getting hair cut, wash, makeup applied) THANK GOD I wasn't picked....most of the REAL employees are embarrassed and ashamed of this stupid show...and it has definitely lost business for THEM but Gayle and Christy could care less..they're raking in the dough from the stupid show....hahahah Gayle screwed up though, signed a contract for multiple years...looks like she's got a way to go to catch up to Snookie's salary....dumb ass!

Just for all you dummies who thinks this show is for real...I have been a client at the Gatsby for quite a few years now. The "actors" on the show DO NOT WORK THERE!!!! They film on Sundays and Mondays when the shop is closed...Who in the right mind would want to get their haircut at a place so volatile as it is portrayed on TV??? Wake up you idiot supporters of the show...makes you wonder just how REAL most reality tv shows are.

How is it that Tracy cries about Olivia kicking her head.....what happened when Olivia got spit on and hit by Tracy and I don't hear no word about it!!!! Olivia shouldn't had kicked her...but Tracy needs to stop bullying Olivia!!!! Smh

At 1st I liked tracy. But geting to know her jealous. Hater of olivia. John travolita chin having ass. Watching her use Anthony and seeing how she talks about money on every episode...she has become my least favorite person...If it wasn't for the others making money - I'd say Boycot the Gatsby...AND YOU CAN TELL SHE IS JEALOUS OF HER DAUGHTER. Tracey goes out of her way to take any joy away from Olivia--I think Tracey envys Olivia so much it makes her so hateful towards her. Thats ashame that no matter what, Tracey just does not want to be friends with cute, little, sweet Olivia. Everything about Olivia disturbs Tracey. Olivia has to let the thought go that it can ever be different cause it takes two and Tracey doesn't want to be her friend. ok first of all i understand people have their own opinions and favorites, but some things said on here are way out of line.These are real people and they do have feelings. Doria you make big look beautiful and having a positive personality is awesome don't let others get you down. Tracy and Olivia i love you both in you're own way you are just trying to start and build you're life. Sometimes people just don't mesh i'm sure you guys have you're own reasons for you're dislike in each other. Giggi keep you're head up and listen to you're heart been there with two kids it does get easier i think you are the sweetest thing and have no doubt you will find someone amazing whether its Frankie or not. Alexa leaving the Gatsby was the best thing for Gale.

Just wanted to say I love Olivia. I love love love the way you do make-up. I see you got a lot of people hating on you but that's all good girl you must be doing something right. You are genuinely a sweet girl. You're real! I've come to realize when you're pretty people will be jealous and try to bring you down... Sad but true! Keep your head up! You are my favorite on the show. Oh and by the way you and Mikey make a cute couple.

Doria is a fat, over-opinionated, piece of garbage. I think she escaped from the gorilla cage in the bronx zoo and swam to jersey. Then with Gayles great business sense she hired Doria as a stylist after thinking she was doing someones hair when really she was picking flies off of their head.

I honestly can't stand Tracy, whose personality is as fake as her hair. She has no reason to hate Oliva who is one of the only few genuine people on there. I was ecspecially angry at thr reunion where they talked about how Tracy attacked Olivia at Sonic, and hw everyone justified Tracy's actions and totally forgot how Olivia was the victim here. Tracy needs to get fired from the Gastby and lay off Olivia.

Alexa feeds on drama, and i couldn't believe it when she made a scene at the Gastby during the Guiness World Record thing. And im glad Christy put her in her place although she got a little off topic with the whole baby thing. I also wanna give credit to Alexa for losing weight and as much as i hate her personality I give her props working hard :P

Tracy looks like The Ultimate Warrior, especially when she had the blonde hair! I can't stand how she treats Olivia. Tracy has such low esteem that she try's to feel better about herself by tormenting Olivia!

No, they don't work at the gatsby. The gatsby is a real salon, but if you ring and book you won't get one of the girls doing your hair from the show.

The feuds are somewhat real, but played up a lot. Tracy and Olivia really hate each other, however Tracy is not as mean as what she is played out to be.

Also, Tracy actually works at the Bella Pia Hair salon in New Jersey.

I love the show, and was DEVASTATED to find out it's not all real!

Yes this show pulled us in and under to the point it has us all wrapped wondering is it real. If you look back at some of the first episodes in season 1 you will see Doria in the background laughing and talking to the girls and Olivia is right next to them. They bring Doria in on Season 2 acting like her and Olivia have never met!!! Not True! I have seen Frankie on anther reality show with his Mom, a brother but no Dad. The Mom and Dad were divorced and they were trying to sell their house. It is fun to watch and funny to see the crazy characters but that is what they are.

I saw the first episode tonight of season 3 and i still don't know if this show is bs or not. Tomorrow am calling the Gatsby salon and say that i want an appointment with Tracy to see what they have to say. The show was pretty good tonight. GiGi and Frankie need to get back together, Alexa needs to go and get her own life. She doesnt work at the Gatsby no more so she shouldnt even come out in the show anymore. She is only the there for the cameras. She is going to die single and alone for being such a bitch. She is not even professional, she cant do what she wants all the time, she needs to do what the client asks not what she wants. Also i understand that Cristy is Gayles daughter but what does she really do there. All she does is stand around the counter and get money from her mother Gayle. As much as i dont agree with alot of things that Alexa does I think that Cristy shouldnt have bitch at her for something that doesnt even relate to the show, her stupid baby. Cristy if you are going to bitch at Alexa bitch at her for walking at the salon or for being a bitch, not for your stupid baby that no one cares about. This is Jerseylicious not the Cristy baby show. Alexa showing emotion is unnatural and robotic! She comes off as a coldhearted person so she is trying to show viewers she has feelings and we are NOT buying it! When she cries tears are not visible because it's fake! Your a cold so own it! You are all about you! I don't see you helping anyone but yourself which is fine but don't talk smack about Gayle and her gimmicks when she does charitable work also! Did you ever think the reason you are still alone is because you're mean and you think you are gods gift to creation! Being humble is a very attractive quality you lack! Is it hard for you to watch yourself be so pompous on tv? I can't imagine the way you act on the show has helped your business. I live in your area and if someone told me the Glamfactory did the best bridal makeup in the world, I would not come to you because you are so mean! Get a clue Alexa!!!!

Another reason why the show is fake is because Tracy is working at the Glam Fairy behind Gayle's back and by now they should already know that and they haven't fire Tracy. And who is that guy Tracy is dating.... He looks like a mongolian. She is so fucking big and fat she looks like a man. But looking at her latest pictures i think she got the point and lost a bit of weight. Alexa is another bitch. She is going to stay alone for the rest of her life unless she turns lesbian or something cause shes a bitch. She think she looks better than everybody and she doesnt. Her body is horrible, she has a big fat pork face, skinny flamingo legs and two nasty old watermelons at tits. Sometimes in the show her boobs look like they are going to hang out of her shirt. Try getting a breast lift before they start hanging to your knees. Also get a damn tan, you look worst than a dead man. Try loosing some weight cause you are starting to look like a troll. I just went into the Gatsby website and Anthony's salon and none of the girls where no where to be found in any of the their pictures or as an employee. I did see that fat cow Doria that is too fat to even be working there. But who cares about her. Wheres Olivia, Tracey, and GIGI. So is this all a bullshit show????? Don't fucking make a reality show if its not real. This will make people stop watching the show when they all find out that its fake. I saw the reunion part 1 and they all showed up with their licenses and certificates but is it real???
Well real or not I gotta say that Tracy is a fat bitch who wears cloths that don't even fit her. She looks like a wrap tamale. She is such a hater Olivia is 10x much better looking than her, and she the one who needs to go and see somebody because she's crazy. Doria go and die, you are fat, ugly and annoying. Tracy, you really have no good reason to HATE Olivia so much! It makes you look Jealous! You became upset because people like Olivia and that is so strange. It's like you're obsessed with her! You brought Lorenzo into the salon just to piss her off. Why? You have a strong hatred toward her for no real reason which makes people dislike you. The only time I've ever felt such strong hate toward someone is for the DICKHEAD who murderer my uncle for 20 bucks! It seemed like she told you about Mikey just to be straight up! She even got you your job back when you got fired and without thanks! You come off as a sneak also by going behind Gayles back and working for Alexa. Then you attacked Olivia like a wild animal so maybe that why people dislike you so! You come off as a coldhearted person who'll step on whoever to get to the top and those aren't good qualities! Olivia is far from perfect but the hatred and rage in you eyes is CREEPY! You cried because people like her! That is a bit SICK! I'm sure you're a good person but you don't come off that way. Olivia is a sweetie pie and even on the reunion show Tracy still acts like a spoiled little bitch and has made it perfectly clear that everything people say and feel about her is by her own doing. She has created the monster in her own mind and needs to take a look at how she acts. Then she runs off and crying and wondering why everyone hates her, comes back and continues to be just as horrible as ever! How are these people even on this show. Olivia needs to start her OWN show and get away from the disfunctional people. She is the only real one on the show. Alexis and that Glam Fairy crap is truly just that "Crap". How does she think she is some high class; better then everyone else? She is obnoxious and I cant stand watching her either!

Seriously. The Doria character sucks. We liked this show a lot before, now we don't even watch the replay. Oh well. I don't like Jersey Shore either but at least they test the impact of potential loser characters before they run them out. Back to MTV for us!

Its apparent that Gayle has no type of management style at all. I just watched the show that aired on 1/9/11 and it is very disappointing! Olivia can NEVER GET A BREAK from all the haters.

Gayle for some reason believe that Dorcia (if I spelled her name incorrectly, who really cares) is the best since sliced pie. Why is that? Cause she can do hair and nails? Really though Gayle, but when Alexa left Gayle was happy to have Olivia stay in her salon so she can say that she can have an in house make-up artist.

Gayle take your head out your butt; Olivia is young but please remember that she is helping your overall profit by bringing in the younger crowd. Because based on OVER THE TOP DORCIA....she's older and she knows more since she's 29yrs old. She may know who to keep things natural and keep them looking old but at least Olivia know how to attract the younger crowd too.

Sometimes you dont know what/who you had until it is gone! Be careful Gayle of how you treat your employees infront of other employees because it shows that you are not loyale to anyone but yourself. If you do it to one, you will definitely do it to another.

I am trully an Olivia fan because she is a teamplayer and at least she does try to encourage herself to be better. She thinks of ideas to improve your business, its apparent that you don't watch the shows because you are still in your own world.

It is good to see a show with Italian Americans I have watch the show since the first night it aired the one and only thing I disagreed with is how they show all the girls don't have common sense even the ones that think they are smart (Alexa) all the guys are a good twist on the show I wouldn't be surprised if they do a spin off of frankie's family and Anthony Roberts salon Oliver is the best person on the show I wish for her to have all the success she seems like she has a tough time lying and I don't think Gayle's daughter shouldn't come back to the show she doesn't fit at all it's already to much with how uptight and negative Gayle is hope they come back with more seasons and they keep the same time frame season two came on so fast after season one ended no network does that hope it stays the same Thanks Anthony from Queens
