Scam - pure and simple. Almost every posting I have checked flows directly to an employment service and there is no way to apply on line. I guess you need to sign up. No help and NJ DOL should not be supporting for fee agencies like Law Crossing which is a fraud.

The site is not easy to use nor does it provide substantative job leads. If this is the best that the state has to offer, we will all be sitting around campfires for warmth .I would suggest that the state executives, the leaders of corporations and the governor convene a Let Us Rebuild New Jersey Jobs Forum and actually frame a program to get the unemployed back to work before Xmas 2012.
