new jersey

I guess it depends on where you live in New Jersey. I am in North Jersey and what I don't like about it, among other things (it is definitely corrupt), it is a rich area, people are always bragging about their big houses and how often they get remodeled, but it seems to be very impoverished in certain ways. For example my daughter will be starting high school next year and there is no bus to bring her home, yet the roads leading to home are not at all safe for pedestrians and parents of high school age kids are usually expected to work to be able to afford the very high cost of living, college, retirement, etcetera. How am I supposed to pick her up at 2:16 in the afternoon if I have a job? Yet, it will be a deadly walk for her. There are not enough "services?" to support all we are supposed to do to keep up.
