Im 17 never been in an accident or gotten pullled over. How about only give the sticker to kids that get an offence, and the cops give em out. An idea?

ur so right, those who are bad drivers and disabey the law like drinking and driving or doing something dangerous like raceing should be the ones that have to use the sticker, its not fair for those who are good drivers and never been pulled over....GREAT IDEA!!!
