I just received a letter from Gatsby talent agency rep and this is what i was advised: Thanks for the email. Oliva only works at the Saloon on days when they are filming (Fridays/Saturdays) and with the scheduel the TV producers have the scheduel all booked out. We book her out for private events on the other days but that can be very expensive...rate is aroud $3500 plus expenses. You can book a saloon apointment with either Gayle or her daughter that are there on a dily basis at regular saloon rates.
