My boy - with this, a regular Stack, Sacco -won't have places to put his machine patronage. How many meter maids & public works employees can a town have. Apart from the federal housing authorities there is no place to hire anyone into. No patronage jobs/ No political workers/ No machine/ A lot less corruption...& boy oh boy - I know about corruption...
