My apologies for multiple posts, but I can't seem to get this to post. The Oyster Creek ACO by Governor Christie's DEP reversed the prior cooling tower BAT determination in the January 2010 draft NJPDES permit. This kills cooling towers as BAT in NJ and is a very bad precedent. Why did Dave Pringle of NJEF praise Gov. Christie for that? In Chrisite's press release, Pringle called the ACO a "regulatory model"!! It is exactly the opposite - just what the nuclear industry lawyers asked for.
