If he can do it, let him do it! Disabled people are very good at getting around their disabilities. Too many times we have a kneejerk reaction that says this or that is unsafe and then we have to stretch reality to make it so. This state is too authoritarian, let's just get off of everybody's back and let them enjoy life a little. Regards, Terry
