Patience

The Gatsby owners have more patience than most! If a professional appearance is important to The Gatsby - require a certain dress code for your staff. Make it simple. Please, please ask Tracy to throw away those horrific, tacky earrings that she wears ALL the time! Tracie is the cancer of the show. Trust me, the other staff members have enough personality to draw ratings for this show WITHOUT Tracie. As a manager, I would NEVER allow my staff to represent my salon the way Tracy is, not just by her clothes, but her hair as well. How MANY customers would actually request a hair style like hers or to even look like her? Kudo's to Olivia, for actually stepping to the plate when needed in the salon & being a real team player. Alexus, Gigi are great girls & show alot of talent! After watching the episode w/Olivia's fashion show, watching Tracy trying to sabotage Olivia, when she called the model, just show's how childish she is. As a manager - I would of fired her immediately the show was aired. How is that behavior acceptable?
