It would seem that Ms. Barrett already has a preconcieved notion about pole dancing by stating "This is a stripper's thing." I would bet that she has never even tried to hold herself up on a pole let alone exert the energy needed to actually perform on a pole. Most men, even Marines can't perform these tricks or hold themselves up like these women can. It is not just a Stripper thing like Ms. Barrett seems to think.
