Could there still be a possibility of saving rebates to seniors/disabled people on a fixed income? Sometimes there is just no where else left for a person to cut her monthly expenses. I have written to our state and district representatives, but they do not answer. I wonder what happens to all the lottery money that is supposed to go to our schools?

We have until July 1 to get Gov Christie to see how wrong this will be for his state.
