Thank god, LT. Washington Griffin was at there at that moment because this guy could have killed many more including responding police officers. There were many restraining order violations that led to this...serious action needs to be taken when a restraining order is continues to be violated. If a person violates there restaining order 11 times maybe, just maybe, this person is a serious threat and needs to me dealth with accordingly.
