Thanks for the shout out. Check my blog, www.RogueChocolateStout.com for news, recipes, pairings, and other musings about the beer which has me on the label. I posted a 2010 Valentine's Day Beer Cocktail using Rogue Chocolate Stout, Rogue Spirits Hazelnut Rum and Pedro Ximenez Sherry -- its called the Rogue Diplomat Gone Nuts. This pairs beautifully with chocolate, some of my favorited are Vosges Mo Bacon Bar (dark), Roni-Sue's Pig Candy, Socola's All Burnt Caramel Truffels, Tcho Nutty, and Rogue Chocolatier's Sambirano.. to name just a few. I love dark chocolate but have a soft spot for Asher's Chocolate Pretzels and Reese's Peanut butter cups too, which are delicious with Rogue Chocolate Stout, or my Valentine's Day 2010 cocktail! cheers ~
